RPM Motors reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in the event of a purchasing, or shipping error. RPM Motors will also cancel an order if we are unable to verify billing and shipping information with the credit cards issuing bank.
- Pricing
- Orders will be charged based upon the price at the checkout screen. Shipping prices are only a estimate, extra shipping may apply. If for any reason shipping charges must be changed, the buyer will be contacted prior to processing the order
- Returns & Replacements
- Products that have been altered or used in any way cannot be returned, and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and shipping charges are never refundable. Any special-order items cannot be returned.
- Sales Tax
- Orders billed by RPM Motors Inc. will include sales tax on all shipments and pick-ups within the state of California..

- RPM Motors Inc. makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability, except during scheduled maintenance periods. In the event of technical difficulties, RPM Motors Inc. is not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.
